Time to move to a bigger 2-bedroom Apartment in Casa Bella Vorna Valley Midrand.

My wife and I has been staying separate because of work but she recently got retrenched at her workplace. I decide to stay with her where  I was working in Midrand, but the unit was too small for a family since I was staying in a bachelor unit.

I have been renting the bachelor unit from Feel-at-Home Properties, so they assisted me with a 2-bedroom apartment as well to accommodate my family. The very neat top stack 2-bedroom unit was located in a well looked after Casa Bella Complex, Midrand.

This apartment has 2-bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It offers a modern kitchen with lots of built in cupboards. The lounge area is spacious and has a door leading out into your own private patio. The whole unit has tiles and each bedroom has built in cupboards. Undercover parking space is available inside the complex.

This top stack apartment is very neat and family friendly complex with 24-hour security and access control at the gate. It is a safe and secure complex with electric fence.

The complex is close to Schools, Netcare Waterfall City Hospital right round Walking distance from Mall of Africa. On route for public transportation including Gautrain.

It was incorporated in the City of Johannesburg Metropolitan Municipality in 2000. It was made part of Region 2 and, as of 2006, when the number of regions were reduced to seven, it forms part of Region A of the City of Johannesburg Metropolitan Municipality.

The Mall of Africa is located within the green, mixed-use Waterfall City precinct. The N1 Business Park and International Business Gateway are among the commercial developments in Midrand.
