My fiancée and my 2 beautiful daughters have been staying in Centurion for over four years of their life. I would only visit them when I was on public holidays since I was staying in Midrand. There were staying at my aunts place all the time since she was alone. We then decided to rent our own apartment so that I can stay close to my family and also commute everyday to work. Centurion was the perfect location.
Centurion is commonly known for its mall which is one of the largest shopping centres in South Africa with over 200 stores and restaurants. The main advantage of staying in Centurion is the ease of access to major roadways linking it to Johannesburg, Midrand, Krugersdorp, Pretoria and Oliver Tambo International airport.
We got ourselves this beautiful, neat and spacious 2-bedroom first floor apartment on Private Property. The 2-bedroom apartment is situated in an established, well managed security complex in The Oval Complex, Die Hoewes, Centurion and To Let by Feel-at-Home Properties.
This 1st floor apartment offers beautiful two bedrooms with built in cupboards. One bathroom as well as tiled floors. The beautiful kitchen has built in cupboards as well as ample cupboard space. It offers 2 living areas. The living / dining room is spacious with tiled flooring. There is a glass door which leads you to the balcony where you can entertain friends and family an relax your day. Here you will also find a handy pull out washing line.
The Oval Complex is very safe and secure complex with twenty-four-hour security, controlled security access. Walled boundary with electric fencing. The development also offers a kid’s play area and braai area where we would enjoy mostly during weekends. Other noteworthy features include a lock-up garage and extra parking for visitors.
It is located within walking distance from the Gautrain station. Short drive to Centurion mall as well as Unitas Hospital. 5 minutes walking distance from Momentum as well as Centurion mall.
We would usually go and watch the games with my wife whenever we had time.
Schools near the 2-bedroom apartment include To be Developed, Arrow Academy Centurion Classes From Preschool To Olympic, Centurion Remediërende Akademie as well as Cum Laude Children Day Care. I had to transfer my daughters to learn at the nearby schools which was easier for my wife to pick them on her way from work.
This first-floor apartment is located close to all major highways and a stone through from Jean Crossing Shopping Centre. The Oval Complex is perfectly located closer to all amenities which was the greatest advantage.
This apartment gave us a great feel and great thanks to Feel-at-Home team. The team was so welcoming and very friendly during our stay.
