Recently Renovated Large 3-Bedroom Family Home in Garsfontein.

Me and husband were looking for a house specifically in Garsfontein area. We came across a show house that was For Sale by Feel-at-Home Properties.  We were really amazed by the brand new recently renovated large 3-Bedroom family home located on a large stand.

Show homes are often built to a good standard and illustrate how a typical property on a new development will look. They are designed to show off the builder’s credentials and to convince you to buy one of their new homes. On a practical level, buying a show home means that you can inspect every aspect of the property and check the workmanship before you buy. You get to see how the property actually looks, rather than trying to imagine from a floor plan or designs.

Modern building regulations mean that new builds from reputable housebuilders are constructed to a high standard and are provided with a 10+ year structural warranty. When you move in everything will be brand new and in working order, there is no need to budget for repairs or renovation.

This lovely 3-bedroom house was recently renovated and is brand new. The house features large 3-bedrooms and 2-bathrooms. The main bathroom has a marble top. On the inside it has porcelain tiles and lovely built-in cupboards. Laminated floors in the rooms.

The house offers a beautiful kitchen with porcelain kitchen counter tops and large gas stove. From the kitchen it leads out to a nice, covered patio with a built-in braai overlooking the garden. It also has a loving living area and a scullery. Very large garden and a double garage that leads right into the house. Erf 1280 m2, House 158 m2.

East of the city centre of Pretoria is the leafy neighbourhood of Garsfontein that manages to maintain an impression of calm and tranquillity due mostly to the tree-lined avenues peppered with jacarandas and only 3 kilometres from one of the largest shopping centres in Pretoria. Garsfontein is a relatively new suburb by comparison with those more sedate suburbs that line the centre of the city, but houses here are large, and their gardens green and cultivated, even if the neighbourhood has a propensity for townhouses and cluster developments due to the recent boom.

A tributary of the Moreletta River flows through Garsfontein, creating a natural green lung for residents to enjoy the bird life and to walk their dogs. And the area has a number of shopping centres, parks, gyms, churches, schools and entertainment to save residents from venturing out of Garsfontein.

Garsfontein has a PGA championship golf course, stunning wedding venues, the suburb is close to farmland where pecan and almond plantations thrive and conveniently located between the M1 and M4 national highways for easy access to major centres.

The sense of true suburbia predominates nonetheless, and some of the clusters are thatched, giving them a distinctly earthy and rural feel. Set in a tropical garden in the leafy and quiet suburb of Garsfontein. Well, laid out, modern housing developments now occupy the land in this desirable city suburb.
