My experience staying in semi furnished house in Van der Merwe Avenue Eldoraigne Centurion.

Recently sold my house in Wierdaprk, Centurion and me and my family decided to look for a semi furnished house in Centurion. The greatest advantage of moving in a furnished apartment is that it is mainly you and your suitcase moving from one place to another. So here the cost is minimized of moving from one place to another with huge furniture.

It was not a hustle to find a place to rent around Centurion. Searched for semi furnished properties on YouTube and found a very stunning family house that was to let by Feel-at-Home Properties on their YouTube channel. We arranged to view the house and it definitely suited my large family located in Eldoraigne, Centurion.

Van der Merwe Avenue features 4-bedrooms as well as 2-bathrooms. A Lovely modern kitchen with built in cupboards with ample space as well as tiled floors. A very beautiful living area. It has a very lovely large patio and offers three garages. It also has a lovely pool and a well-maintained garden.

The Waterkloof Air Force Base, as well as the Swartkop Air Force Base (which includes the South African Air Force Museum) are in Centurion. Centurion has come a long way from being a large town south of Pretoria, with smallholdings and large open spaces. Having experienced growth since 1994, like the rest of urban South Africa. Many businesses have relocated there, and property development is boosting the ever-expanding city limits.

This development has meant there is now little break between the outskirts of Pretoria to the north, and Midrand and Johannesburg to the south. The Gauteng Provincial Government envisages that, according to current growth trends, much of the Gauteng province will be a megalopolis by 2015.

Centurion for over 10years of my life. It is commonly known for its mall which is one of the largest shopping centres in South Africa with over 200 stores and restaurants. The main advantage of staying in Centurion is the ease of access to major roadways. Linking it to Johannesburg, Midrand, Krugersdorp, Pretoria and Oliver Thambo International airport.
