Recentently transferred to Mbombela in Mpumalanga by our company to assist our new manager who just started there for 2 months. Since I was not going for long I decided to look for a short term fully furnished self-catering rental accommodation close to where I would be staying.
I have been searching around for a reliable real estate agent with good reviews on the internet. I came across Feel-at-Home Properties rental and for sale accommodation on their website www.feel-at-home.co.za. They had a lovely, stunning 2-bedroom apartment located in Emnotweni Avenue, Nelspruit.
The 2-bedroom apartment is located in Riverside Estate. Riverside Estate is in a gated security complex within walking distance from the Riverside Mall, Emnotweni Casino and The Grove. This modern apartment in a Security Estate offers 2-Bedrooms, 1-bathroom with modern finishes, spacious kitchen as well as living area. Patio with beautiful views. It has 1 covered carport.
This house is situated in a sought-after estate minute away from White River Square and surrounding shopping centers, close to a private hospital and Curro private school.
Mbombela (previously known as Nelspruit) is a city in north-eastern of South Africa. It is the capital of the Mpumalanga province. Mbombela Local Municipality is an administrative area in the Ehlanzeni District of Mpumalanga in South Africa. Mbombela is a siSwati name meaning “a lot of people in a small space.” Located on the Crocodile River, Mbombela lies about 110 km (68 mi) by road west of the Mozambique border, 330 km (210 mi) east of Johannesburg and about 82 km (51 mi) north of the Eswatini border. Mbombela was one of the host cities of the 2010 FIFA World Cup.
Mbombela is on the Maputo Corridor, a major trade route linking Pretoria to Maputo in Mozambique which, with the Trans-Kalahari Corridor, forms a transport trunk that crosses the entire sub-continent from Walvis Bay in Namibia on the Atlantic Ocean to Maputo on the Indian Ocean. The N4 toll route is the main arterial route with a double lane highway all the way to Johannesburg and Pretoria.
Mbombela is a major stopover point for tourists traveling to Kruger National Park and to Mozambique. Other tourism attractions nearby include Sudwala Caves, and God’s Window in the Blyde River Canyon Nature Reserve, a lookout point which provides a panoramic view over the famous Drakensberg Escarpment. Mbombela is the nearest major South African city to Mozambique’s capital, Maputo, and as such Mbombela receives significant tourism from Mozambican locals. The city is also home to the National Botanical Gardens, set in 154 hectares of land along the eastern bank of the Crocodile River and containing around 500 species of plant species indigenous to the area.
Being my first time in this area I really had great time to learn about this place in Mpumalanga province. The best service being offered by Feel-at-Home Properties made my journey a very remarkable one and definitely will be using their services over and over again.
