My job has given me much opportunity to explore different areas of Pretoria East because every time I look for a different area to stay. Feel-at-Home Properties is the company I have worked with for several times in terms of accommodation. The company has never disappointed me. This time around I  found a duplex house located in Moreleta Park.

The thatched roofing provides excellent natural soundproofing from overhead aircraft as well as road traffic nearby. Likewise, it gives great insulation meaning that the thatched home remains cool in summer but warm in winter. Thatch also has very good resistance to wind damage which is also a good advantage for this house.

Moreleta Park is a suburban area with the majority of people commuting to work elsewhere, e.g. Johannesburg.
