My wife and I decided to open a new business in Centurion since we wanted to increase our income. We both decided to first go and survey the area and see what best area we can position our business. We had to look for an unfurnished apartment to stay in Centurion for a year and we found a 2-bedroom apartment to let by Feel-at-Home Properties on Private Property, which was beautiful, affordable and located in The Reeds. We only wanted to stay there for two a year while we conduct our survey then we can extend our stay if all goes well.

We gathered a lot of information about Centurion. Centurion is an area with 236,580 inhabitants in Gauteng Province of South Africa, located between Pretoria and Midrand. Formerly an independent municipality, with its own town council, it has formed part of the City of Tshwane Metropolitan Municipality since 2000.

 

 

We discovered that close to where we were staying was the right place to start a business. The Reeds is a residential suburb in Centurion southwest of Pretoria, Gauteng, South Africa. Seoul 6 is in close proximity to the following schools and tertiary institutions; Kabouterwoud Kleuterskool, Regio Pre-School, Bubbles & Balloons Pre-School and Tangos Tots. Laerskool Uitsig, Laerskool Rooihuiskraal and High School Uitsig, as well as, Cresta College, Damelin Centurion and Southdowns College.

Shopping centres and Business parks surrounding Seoul are Blue Valley Mall, Phillips Supermarket, Grey Owl Village, Highway Businesspark, Sperosens and Dastek Power.We were staying at Seoul 3 which is a 2-Bedroom townhouse that is situated in Seoul Security Complex in The Reeds, Centurion. This lovely townhouse is fully tiled. It has one bathroom, two floors, a cosy open kitchen with built-in-cupboards. The kitchen overlooks the living room, a lock up garage and a parking spot for visitors, including a private backyard.

 

 

This Townhouse, situated in a safe and secure complex, provided with security guards 24 hours every day around the complex. It also offers a swimming pool and a braai area where we would go and refresh after a busy day and long drives around the area. This place is excellent to endure a peaceful, calm and fresh neighbourhood.

Seoul 3 is in close proximity to the following schools and tertiary institutions; Kabouterwoud Kleuterskool, Regio Pre-School, Bubbles & Balloons Pre-School and Tango’s Tots. Laerskool Uitsig, Laerskool Rooihuiskraal and Hoërskool Uitsig, as well as, Cresta College, Damelin Centurion and Southdowns College.

Shopping centres surrounding Seoul 10 are Blue Valley Mall, Phillips Supermarket. The nearest hospitals are Mediclinic Midstream and Cure Day Clinics Midstream.

Doing the research in Centurion area left us with broad ideas and it was a very good place to do business since its very accessible and located close to main roads, Rooihuiskraal Road and Uitsig road.
