My wife and I decided to open a new business in Centurion since we wanted to increase our income. We both decided to first go and survey the area and see what best area we can position our business. We had to look for an unfurnished apartment to stay in Centurion for a year and we found a 2-bedroom apartment to let by Feel-at-Home Properties on Private Property, which was beautiful, affordable and located in The Oval Complex, Die Hoewes, Centurion.

We gathered a lot of information about Centurion. Centurion is an area with 236,580 inhabitants in Gauteng Province of South Africa, located between Pretoria and Midrand. Formerly an independent municipality, with its own town council, it has formed part of the City of Tshwane Metropolitan Municipality since 2000.

We were staying at this cosy 2-Bedroom Apartment that is perfectly situated in the heart of Centurion in a well secured complex and  to let by Feel-at-Home Properties. The Yellow Wood Complex is a very beautiful place with great security and located in the Gauteng.

This 1st floor Apartment offers beautiful 2-Bedroom with built in cupboards as well as tiled floors and also 2 bathrooms. It has an open plan kitchen and spacious 2 living areas as well as a large balcony where we could relax with my family. It has 1 lock up garage and ample visitor’s parking. Yellow Wood Complex offers excellent security which has 24-hour security guard control. There is also an electric fence as well as access control to make the complex very safe and secure.

This 1st floor apartment is located close to many schools such as Centurion High School, Lyttelton Manor High School, Louis Leipold Primary School, Doringkloof Primary School as well as Village Montessori School. I did not struggle to get a school for my 8 years old daughter at Doringkloof Primary School.

Various other medical facilities, shopping centres, schools, churches as well as food outlets are in very close proximity. Situated close to all amenities and has easy access to major routes like Lenchen Avenue, Jean Avenue, N14 freeway and N1 freeway.

Yellow Wood Complex is strategically located close to shopping, schools and major routes. Shopping was very easier and eating out as well. Walking distance from the Gautrain station, Unitas Hoital, Lyttelton SAPS, Vista Clinic, Protea Hotel, Super Sport Cricket, Oval Centurion Mall as well as the Municipality
